This Graphic Design with Photography course leads to a HND in Art & Design (Graphic Design) and offers a package of creative skills that will challenge and inspire students, providing the platform needed to launch a career in the graphic design and photography creative industry.
This course will involve substantial practical based work, whilst using the college's graphic design and photography studios. Theoretical studies will underpin skills and allow students to apply themselves by taking on briefs as a professional designer or photographer. Students will be expected to build links with industry by working on live briefs and will be encouraged and supported to seek specialist work experience. Combining live projects, core practical skills tuition and critical thinking, this course aims to get students industry ready and able to engage fully in the contemporary workplace.
